Wash thoroughly face and arms or take a bath
Massage some oil on: jojoba for my face, rose or amande oil for my body
Do some yoga movements eben for jusy 5 minutes and relax:evacuate the stress
Check the internet
Read a book while drinking herbal tea: my current favourite is Douce Nuit by Jade which I buy in a pharmacy.
Brush my teeth
Apply both lip balm amd hand cream
Off to bed
